We only take on the northern corner of King County we call the Northshore. Kirkland runs along the east shore of Lake Washington; Kenmore sits where the Sammamish River empties into the top of the lake; Bothell and Woodinville follow that river valley inland, and Bothell even crosses the line into Snohomish County. The wet stretch from early October to about May 1 is the same in all four, so crowns, caps and flashing get the most of our attention here.
